By accessing or using Illusion’s website, software, or services, you agree to follow the Terms of Service outlined below. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use any Illusion products or services.

1. Use of Products

1.3. You may not redistribute, leak, crack, share, or resell any Illusion product, access key, or account under any circumstances.

2. Licensing

2.1. When you purchase a product from Illusion, you are buying a license to use the software for the specified time period and access level.

2.2. Licenses are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared, traded, or reassigned.

2.3. Illusion reserves the right to suspend or revoke access if suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent behavior is detected.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for any reason.

3.2. This is due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be returned once delivered.

3.3. Any chargeback attempt will result in permanent termination of all licenses and may lead to blacklisting or collection actions.

4. Detection & Game Account Risk

4.1. Although we aim to keep our software secure and undetected, no modification or cheat is completely risk-free.

4.2. Illusion is not responsible for:

Game account bans

Hardware bans

Stat resets

Any other penalties imposed by developers or anti-cheat systems

4.3. By using our products, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Service Availability

5.1. Services may go offline at any time for maintenance, updates, or due to third-party changes.

5.2. Downtime does not qualify for refunds or compensation.

5.3. Illusion may change, update, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

5.4 Illusion (Mostly) is a reseller platform, not the developers. Devs may update, remove, or abandon products; if a dev exit-scams, refunds/replacements are not guaranteed.

6. User Conduct

6.1. You agree that you will NOT:

Reverse engineer our software

Share account details or loader files

Attempt to bypass security or authentication

Harass or abuse staff or support

6.2. Violating any of the above may result in immediate and permanent termination of your access.

7. Support

7.1. Support is only available to users with an active subscription or license.

7.2. While we try to respond quickly, support availability is not guaranteed 24/7.

8. Fraud & Chargebacks

8.1. Any form of fraud, dispute, or chargeback will result in:

Instant license termination

Blacklisting from all Illusion services

Removal from promotions and giveaways

8.2. Illusion reserves the right to pursue damages for fraudulent activity.

9. Privacy

9.1. Illusion does not sell or share personal user data.

9.2. We may collect limited analytics data to improve performance and user experience.

10. Changes to These Terms

10.1. Illusion may update these Terms at any time.

10.2. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
